3M™ Scotch® 969 Double Sided Transfer Tape is a permanent unsupported acrylic adhesive transfer film (pressure-sensitive adhesive pre-applied to a special release liner). 3M™ Scotch® 969 Double Sided Transfer Tape features very aggressive adhesion and good shear holding power to a wide variety of materials including most plastics. 3M™ Scotch® 969 Double Sided Transfer Tape offers an aggressive adhesion, ideal for heavy-duty applications in the framing workshop, such as bonding materials with glossy coatings where an aggressive adhesive with high initial adhesion is desired. Some other application ideas include: folders and boxes; attaching fabric swatches in sample books; and assemble of point-of-purchase displays.
