The Inmes IM-30MP

The Inmes IM-30MPis a highly precise single mitre saw designed specifically for picture framing and provides an excellent step up from a manual guillotine. Ideal for cutting difficult moulding profiles and finishes including harder woods and heavy compo coatings which would otherwise be difficult to consistently cut on a guillotine.

Unique Features: 

•  Adjustable Radial Cutting Arm - Quickly switch from side to side using a convenient hand-grip release.
•  Compact Space-Saving Profile - ideal for fitting into smaller spaces (base depth only 770mm)
•  Integrated Dust Extraction System - Sucks dust direct at the cutting source through 90mm hose with a high   volume of       15m³ per min.
•  Able to cut multi-angled frames - Precise cutting lock positions for the following popular angles: 10°, 15°, 22.5°                    (Octagonal), 30°(Hexagonal), 45° and 90°.
•  Straight Cut - Ideal for squared ends when cross bracing stretcher bars.

Production Features:

• Supplied with premium quality Leuco 300mm Triple-chip, low-noise, low-vibration blades for suitable for wood     mouldings.
•  Zero Wastage - Because the blade cuts with two independent actions, wastage is minimized.
•  Powerful 1.0hp Induction Motors - fitted with double bearings for reduced vibration and more accurate cuts. Direct drive   for quieter operation.
• Adjustable horizontal pneumatic moulding clamp system.
•  45 direct measuring scale - easy to read for faster and more accurate measuring.
• 1,240mm right and left support arms with calibrated measuring scale and a sliding moulding flip-stop included.
